    that actually was a correct call.. and i'm a cards fan. though.. he explained it wrong no the challenge.
    the ball touched the eagles player on the fingers on the way down, landed inbounds, but then touched the player again on the way back up when the player was out of bounds.

    so it was a dead ball at that point, eagles ball.

    if it happened the way he explained it, it would've been placed at the 40.

    they were 9-7.
    and even if they hadn't won the division, they would've had the wildcard.

    giants had "bad record" and won the superbowl
    why would the nfl not like a team that had a "great record"
    not win superbowl
    it just proves how close each playoff team really is

    so now that az is winning in playoffs the nfl is going to change the rule even though they did not in the offseason after that game


    oh and if cards get to the superbowll
    they get to host it and have homefield advantage IF they get that far next year
