this could be huge if its a lasting injury, whether he tries to play through it or not it'll prob affect his shot

something like that won't go away, though. Lakers maybe need to watch his minutes in the future?

"I played the second half with it, I'll play the rest of the season with it" -Kobe

Dude dislocated his finger, popped it back in and then came back and locked up the so called "best player in the game" and got us the W. WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY ABOUT KB24...he's one of the toughest guys in the NBA and thats what seperates kobe from wade, lebron, and cp3!

I remember last year when LBJ missed a few games b/c a sprained thumb on his non-shooting hand....

I've played with a sprained pinky before and luckily you don't need the pinky too much for shooting. But the pain and the mental repercussions of the injury make it really tough. Kobe dominated in the 4th and shut Lebron down playing through the pain. Dude is a beast.

He didn't sprain his pinky. He dislocated his ring finger. Not a simple thing to overcome on your shooting hand. It will definetly be a lot more sore tomorrow.

Kobe is a beast. But let's be honest here, he had a subpar game and didn't shut anyone down this game.

I've severely sprained my index finger 4 weeks ago. Sucker is still painful and swollen. Props to Kobe for playing with a dislocated finger, which is like a million times worse.

Damn, I hope he brings his A-game this Sunday. Cuz I want a blowout.

Uhmm. Yes he did. Kobe shut down Lebron down in the second half.

His shooting was off, but he still had a great assist night.
