yes i think he should be in it, but he doesnt get noticed enough.
considering the top 3 front runners for rookie of the year are all guards, it will be a long shot. westbrook, rose, and mayo are definitely in. they probably want to include another shooting guard so fernandez might get it. leaves very little room for hill.
How many guards are ranked ahead of him? Aren't they trying to put together an entire roster? Even if you're limited to a dozen players, don't they need at least 5 guards?
He will get to be coached by Dwight or LeBron if he makes. That's highly unlikely.

probably all get the nod before hill does. and then hes right there with lee and chalmers.
rose, mayo, and westbrook are definitely better than hill. fernandez will probably get in because they need another shooting guard. eric gordon has slowly gained traction. augustin is playing well enough to get noticed. all these players technically have better stats than hill. lee is starting to get more minutes due to pietrus's injury. i think hill will be forgotten with all these guards.
it would be cool if he made the team, but i'd rather have him healthy and playing good ball for the Spurs than have him play in that game and get injured.
if he doesn't make it then maybe he will have a great year next year and get voted to the sop re team.

18.5 mins per game/7.5 points/2.2 assists........For a rookie thats not to bad. For a rookie playing behind TP thats not bad at all.
