Her outfit is very, VERY unflattering. She's by no mean's fat though. She's probably a size 8....which is considered average for a woman! People are HARSH.
She's "fat" by celebrity standards. But if you saw her as an everyday girl walking down the street, you wouldn't call her fat...

Maybe 20 years ago the average dress size was an 8. Now it's closer to 12 or 14.
And of course people are going to be harsh on a celebrity who's only a celebrity because of the way she looked.
She's definitely gained a little bit of weight, but that outfit makes it look much worse than it is.

i wouldn't say she's fat, but she's definitely put on a lot. Look at a pic of her from Dukes of Hazzard and look at those pics, and you can see that it's a huge difference.
