it's a beautiful thing when he is hitting that short jumper also on pick and rolls and he was also huge cause for some reason Bonner was passing up shots
I really appreciated Kurt's performance. Really active on defense and sacrificed his body vs Shaq. The guy is tough as nails and you won't hear him complaining from the pounding he takes. It looks like he's back to 100% from the injury at the start of the season that had so many questioning if he still had game. I just wish he'd shoot more. Suns were fools to let him go, he was their best answer to Duncan.

im telling you, Kurt still has some game left in him- at least for this season.
he should be getting at least decent minutes because he CAN contribute
It is surprising that Bonner passed up a few 3's tonight considering last game.
From the parts of the game that I watched, it seems the Suns were keeping close tabs on him.. I did watch a drive he made to the basket w'c unfortunately just rimmed out.. just not his day.. the day belonged to the Big 3 but I really like the toughness that Kurt showed.
I want him to do this to Gasol or Bynum, but they just might be too quick.
Thats the problem with Thomas. He is a poor matchup against the Lakers youth and quickness.
I'd love to know the center that's better that's available.
when did andrew bynum ever been known as a speed demon?
Exactly.

I was very impressed with Kurt last night!![]()
Exactly!!
And Bynum isn't bigger than Shaq and KT can fight him for position in the post.
He's the key for the Spurs...I've said all along this season. Because he can hit that mid range jumper and be tough and physical.
He needs to play alongside TD when they play the Lakers.

KT was indeed awesome against the Suns.
KT looked very good against the Suns...
Its not Bynum's speed - its his athleticism and length.
Against a power game, KT can be effective. But Gasol goes right around him and Bynum goes right over him.
I'm still waiting for the name of that center Rascal and others want to acquire thats supposedly out there than can guard better than Thomas.
Remember when KT was with the Suns and we were worried that D'Antoni would have enough common sense to use him to guard Duncan on a regular basis?
That was awesome.
I was worried that KT was going to go the way of Horry last year, where he got hurt, missed camp, and then never really healthy enough to do his usual routine of playing himself into game shape and rhythm down the stretch. The health issue remains hanging over the head of any player of his age, but if he can stay healthy the Spurs still have a fighting chance in the playoffs without making a trade.
Are we talking about Warner? Yes, go Kurt go!
Beat the Steelers' calloused asses!
D'Antoni must have been the sole person on the planet who didn't realize that.
D'Antoni is hilarious. He's got some excitement back in NY though. I'll give him that, but I don't miss his stache and whinning.
Kurt is good against the Suns if we face them in the playoffs, but what if we face the Hornets and Lakers? I still think the Spurs need a more athletic big man to face those two teams.
D'Antoni wised up and used Kurt in games 2 through 6 on Duncan in 2007. The Spurs just got the benefit that Stoudamire was out in game 5.
I don't want to sound baggy but I repeatedly told everyone here that KT would pick his game up around the all star break. If the Suns had KT last year and the Spurs still had Elson, Suns would have won that series.
Wrong, he for no reason used Kurt for 12 minutes in game 6. Tim Duncan had 9 offensive rebounds in that game I believe, brilliant move to mysteriously bench Kurt after he stepped up to match Timmy's production in game 5.
He didn't switch KT and start him in game 2 through 6
release KT on Bynum. Ol'Crazy eyes will tear that ass up
