The US Olympics Committee, who have pledged to clamp down on drug use, refused to comment, as did USA Swimming and Phelps’ coach Bob Bowman.
More surprising still was the World Anti-Doping Agency’s refusal to comment, given that they introduced the four-year ban on sport’s drug users.
Phelps, who earned £4million last year in endorsements, has resumed training for the 2012 games.

Oh, and i'm sure he has had a past history with M.J, so i'm pretty sure he didn't just decide to up and smoke after winning eight gold medals. Even if he did, that's all the more reason to do so. The man is basically AquaMan. He's already made 10 mil+ so if I were him, I wouldn't care. I doubt the target audience for his endorsed products care much either.

Problem with many of these young athletes who experience success at such an early age is they aren't very emotionally mature. They don't realize what an impact they can have.
