I hope Bynum gets healthy for his own sake. I dont give a about the Lakers or your -guzzling self.
You wish that were true but deep down you were jumping for joy the moment you found out Bynum went down.
Any word on him? I enjoy watching him develop, though I wish he were on my team.
DD
Rumor has it will be out for 6-8 weeks....thats almost 2 months and thats IF everything goes well....
It looks bad. He was screaming in pain as if he broke his leg or something. I think theyre trying to remain optimistic but its looks really bad.
My gut instinct is that attempt to come back but i just dont think his knee will be fully ready come playoff time.
Your sources are whack.
The official word is that NO doctors have even checked the MRI results yet. Not the Laker doctors and not Bynum's own doctor in NY (who was in FL).
The bottom line is nobody knows what is wrong and won't know until tom. morning.

its a rumor right now....The preliminary diagnosis is that Bynum suffered a sprained right knee against Memphis Saturday and will miss the next six weeks. But it could be longer, and the damage could be more serious, pending results of an MRI taken Sunday in Manhattan.
I wonder if he could wear knee braces while he plays? She seems to injure his knees a lot. I mean it isn't uncommon for big men to deal with joint injuries.
DRob played with constant tendinitis in both knees for much of his career.
Muresan had to retire cause of joint and back problems I believe.
Manute had joint problems.
Last year they said 6-8 weeks as well or something like that... kept saying he'd come back in March, then April,. then in the middle of the playoffs, but he never came back.
I know for a fact that no doctor has even seen Andrew's MRIs yet and won't until tomorrow morning. So anything you read is just pure speculation right now.
Everybody say Hi to Andrew Bynum's Personal Doctor.
No just say hi to the guy who actually reads the news instead of unsubstantiated internet rumors.
Boston being classy might have something to do with them beating your ass down in the finals.
Most other fans are still probably bitter about a trade that they think has collusion written all over it.
Or bitter about the Lakers "beating your ass down" in the WCF.![]()
Even though the MRI results haven't been reported yet, this does look bad for Bynum. I would be surprised if he is back this season. And yes, once again I know that no one has REPORTED the results of the imaging reports. I just saw with my own eyes that he was in tremendous pain.
With an injury like this, the radiologist reading the MRI has a ton of pressure and will certainly consult with others before issuing a final report. That is because there is still subjectivity in reading MRIs and plain x-rays. The general public tends to think that once a film is taken, the results are black or white. The truth is that 2 docs can have conflicting reports of the same MRI.
because of a BS trade![]()
I guess some teams tank seasons to get their power forward and others make B.S. trades.![]()
if the MRI was negative they would know the results. You know the results of a MRI shortly after. I'm guessing it's something a little more complicated, but it didn't come back negative- but it probably didn't show any tears
We have an extremely important 3 game roadie starting tonight. We can't worry about the Lakers or the Spurs. We just need to take care of business and by the end of the season we'll have one of the top 2 seeds locked up.
Ya because tanking the season guarantees that you get the number 1 pick of the draft.
I am sure that Bynum and the Lakers know the preliminary results, but the Lakers won't give the press a report until the final MRI report is completed.
I'm sure the Lakers will say Bynum will be back in 2 weeks and repeat that statement every 2 weeks until the end of the season.![]()
Exactly.
