our forum allows every member to start threads since the first minute they join us. I had been a member of clutchfans where you can't start a thread until your avatar gets promoted from "rookie" to "member" after several months since registering, but you'll be immediately demoted to "rookie" and lost the rights to start thread right after you start a thread. members of spurstalk can freely start a thread about whatever they want to talk about, and most of our threads are full of knowledge and information. though some of our members have been starting threads that are mostly as worthless as .
