    If Manu were to get traded it would have to be an offer that Pop COULD NOT refuse.

    I was listening to the Chris Duel radio show and i overheard some speculation that Manu and some other Spurs players could be traded to the Suns for O'Neal and J-Rich....

    They just can't trade Manu in the middle of the season...
    You think Tim, Tony and Pop would let him go like that? There's so much chemistry and experience and what can you get for the same price?
    That's BS and I don't even want to consider or think about him being traded.
    Manu has to retire as a spur.

    He is not going to be traded. I have outlined why it would be hard for him to be traded. This has to be about injury, which is absolutely terrible. But the Spurs knew, the NBA knew and we knew that this season hinged on Manu's health.

    It was a gamble. Hopefully he gets well soon.

    If he's seriously injured the Spurs should trade him for Camby, Sheed, Kaman, Brand, Miller or any above average big and go for Carter and/or Salmons.

    But it would never be the same.
