Really, they'll get that angry about this? It's a naked picture of him at his house.....it's not like Matt Leinart being in a hot tub with under aged women. In my opinion they shouldn't judge him based off this, it's not that big a deal.
Even if it is him, isn't that his personal life which was brought out into the public without his consent. I think he might have the right to sue in this case. He really didn't do anything wrong (though a bit stupid).
