If it's about Manu, I can't imagine that's good news. When do the Spurs ever have a press conference about an injury? I can only remember one and I'm not going to even mention that occurrence.
It's most likely about Ginobili, which kinda scares me because it could be serious. If anything happens as far as trades go, they could possibly discuss that in the press conference, too.

The Spurs would like to introduce Manu Ginobili's twin 7' brother who has been hiding in the forests of Brazil training under an ancient big man mentor.
^It's Ginobili...if it's a serious season ending injury, they're going to call a Press Conference about it. Wasn't that just what the Rockets staff was complaining about with Tmac? That he came out and made the anouncement himself, instead of going through the proper channels and people learning about it through the media/newspapers.
or ginobili can be like tmac and just leak it through ESPN. then popovich gets to find out through reading the newspaper.
