Looks like your recovery got off on the wrong foot. But it looks like you are taking the right step to get it healed.
So a few days ago I posted a thread about me hurting my ankle...well after a few days I could actually walk on it but the swelling was still there somewhat and the pain had diminished somewhat, the thing is I can't move it sideways.
Well a few minutes ago I tried moving it sideways, well that wasn't a very good idea...I think I made it worse because as soon as I tried to move it sideways all of a sudden it started to hurt ing bad...now the pain is back at a 7-8 level 10 being the worse...the pain not only in my ankle but I can feel it on the lower part of my foot too....I didn't go to the hospital because it apparently got better but now I'm seriously considering waiting 3-5 hours in the ER... kkk

ankle sprains can take a while to heal. I've had so many sprains and 1 fracture
Better stay off your feet for a while.
thispego broke my ankle last august and its still not the same. I think theres scar tissue in there.
Ankle injuries suck nutsack, you should go get an xray to make sure.
Ankle sprains take up to 16 weeks to get back to full strength. Sounds to me like you could have a partial ligament tear, and if so you should get a cast on it for a month to help it heal.
I've had 34 sprains and 3 torn ligaments from playing basketball (and volleyball). I know your pain.
So you kept count of all 34 of your sprains?![]()
My left ankle has been weird for the past 3-4 years. Whenever I play basketball, it's always susceptible to being jammed/rolled. Even coming down with a rebound with a little more weight on that ankle causes trouble.
