came down to the m&P or the xd. i didnt like the xd bc my finger rubs the bottom of the trigger guard and rubs it raw.

I have one of those Bersa Thunder .380s, they are well worth it! I use it for my concealed carry, and it very very rarely will jam on me. I bought a Walther PPK one time and returned it within 2 days. The bite it gave on my hand was way too harsh and it jammed about every 5th round. One of the rounds even somehow got flipped around and stuck backwards in my barrel, pointing towards me. If you want a high quality 1911 .45 ACP, look for the one by Taurus. It has excellent quality and craftsmanship and sells in Bass Pro for about $550. A friend let me try his out at the range and I was very impressed.

Not sure what youre looking for, but the s&w sigma is about 300 also. But it seems to be bigger than that bersa basing off the picture.

I considered Taurus but in the end couldn't pull the trigger on it, pun intended. I read alot about it but just felt the m&p was a better buy. Next gun I will be a little more willing to go out on a limb with as I now have my home defense/daily gun.
the Taurus "Judge" is pretty sweet. Revolver that holds 410 or 45. Five shot i believe
