Yeah but Peja had his worst shooting game of the season. Big deal.
then the Peja/Butler games averaged each other out.

Kobe was crap from the field too

Okay, everyone shut the up, here are conclusions we should draw from the game.

When the Hornets hit fluke shots, get BS calls in their favor, treat it like a playoff game that means something to them while the Lakers have a poor shooting night and treat it like a worthless regular season game, the Lakers are still better than the Hornets by 4 points. ALso, Bynum was out (Chandler and Armstrong don't count as injuries since they're scrubs).

So, when all things are equal, the Lakers are better than the Hornets by 10-12 points.

Also, CP3 choked down the stretch just like he choked v the Spurs last year. A fine superstar, but not on the level of Kobe, Duncan, and Lebron.

Dude, whenever we crush your beloved Mavs again, i'm not gonna say a thing. Your the biggest troll in the world. Get a life asshole.
Notice how he makes no mention of his "beloved Mavs" blowing a double-digit lead (and the game) against the Rockets tonight! I assume fluke bull happened there too causing the Mavs to lose?

Agree with the excellent effort, but the game was truly lost when Paul decided to take it to the hole vs. Fisher when NO was up 3. All he had to do was kill some clock and the Lakers would have been forced to foul.
Or just pass it for a dunk. He had a 4 on 1. Easy assist. I hope he gets over it for tomorrow night's game at Utah where we never win. If we can somehow steal a win tomorrow, it will give us a huge boost when Chandler comes back next week.

No surprise here. The refs in the staples arena gave the calls to the lakers and basically handed them the game. Paul went out there and did what he to do and made the shoots he was supposed to.
    and it begins...

Or the fact that Dirk can't post up a guy 6 inches shorter than him forcing him to shoot fade away jumpers.

son like I said earlier, Paul would have passed that ball out 9 times out of 10 and ANYONE who watches the Hornets nightly knows that. he made a bad decision and it cost us .... oh ing well, he gets a pass lol

This thread isn't about the Mavs, it's about the Hornets choking to the Lakers despite BS shots, BS fouls, Lakers playing their D game, Lakers treating it like a regular season game while Hornets went all out, scrubs playing outta character, and Bynum being hutr.

step to me like a ing man with actual facts or dont step at all .... that Fisher call?"?? are you kidding me? look in the rule books son. Posey clearly had his ing position and Fisher plowed right over him .....

you wanna talk about bull calls? well then go look at the ing stats you dip .... your boy Kobe got help from the refs (as usual) at the line. 12 ing times at the line ... and how ironic that damn near all of them came in overtime!!!

son there is no ing doubt that ALL NBA stars get "special" treatment. but dont come at me like Paul gets more than Kobe .... Kobe gets more treatment than ANYONE in the entire NBA and everyone else in the league knows it.
the clear position? he was clearly on the line. all the announcers agreed. they got away with a huge call. nothing to deny. the replay is extremely clear

come on man, you guys played a good game but don't blame the officiating. They had their chances and were lucky to even be in the game (ungodly shooting % in 4th). G/l the rest of the year

That's always your excuse when troll against other teams, but you make it a Mavs thing when you troll. Stop being a troll and everyone will leave your team alone.

son I am not blaming the refs ... I am just pointing out that they put Kobe at the line 12 times. nothing new there. they have to help him keep his points per game average up. its good for the league. we had our fair share of BS calls too .... but you know the refs are gonna help get Kobe to the line every game.

But we did the same thing in the last meeting. We dominated the 4th quarter in a close game. Anyway, we made two costly mistakes and you guys took advantage. Plus butler did get hot in the 4th quarter.

FT shooting was a huge advantage for them. We did settle for outside jumpers early in the game. We just need to learn to attack the basket like we did in the 4th quarter, especially CP3. Also, West took some bad shots late in the game. He was forcing up some tough late in the game.

It's not trolling if its true.

Are the Hornets expected to go 5-5 from behind the arc in 4th Q?

Are the Lakers expected to shoot 41%?

Are Rasual Butler, Hilton Armstrong, and Sean Marks expected to play good games?

Is Posey expected to get a call when his foot is on the cylinder?

Is Phil Jackson going to leave the subs in for over 5 minutes in the 4th Q of a playoff game?

The answer to all of these is no

no son its the same way with Dwayne Wade .... the NBA will do everything in their power to help superstar SHOOTING GUARDS like Kobe and Dwayne score a lot of points. funny how Kobe shot what? 12 of 30 tonight? .... yet he still scored 39 points thanks to his bull 12 freebies from the refs. Both Kobe and Wade know that all they have to do is run to the basket, throw the ball in the air, fall down or scream, and they will get the call no matter what.
