edit: a main part of him remembering had to do with the eyes

That's actually a mixed description of two movies:
"The Truman Show" (he makes her face out of different pictures in magazines) and "Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind" (this man gets erased from his memory this woman he loves). Both movies star Jim Carrey. The woman in the magazine collage in "Truman" is Natasha McElhone. The woman who was erased from his memory in "Eternal Sunshine" is Kate Winslet.
There are a couple of women that I have dated I would like to get memory erasure done.
