I hear radio hosts saying the same about Alston that he is going to take the Magic over the top, wtf did Alston ever do except maybe in the And 1 tour?
This seriously pisses me off. He says that rox are losers of deadline because we "gave up" rafer alston. Excuse me, but when the did alston become an all star??? He also said that now that mcgrady is out, we have given up on the season, and that we cannot win without alston or mcgrady. He also forgets Artest is on the team, along with battier. Lowry looks like a solid pickup, but this is startin to work my last nerve as he continues to blow mcgrady. I guess I can't fault him too much, cuz it's not like he ever played a sport of any kind.

Here's an interesting question. If Morey had not traded Brooks away, would Adleman continue to give Alston minutes? Did Morey just undercut his coach the only way he could? Trade away Adleman's star point guard?
I'm sure it was an agreement within the entire organization. The writing was on the wall for Rafer. Brooks was in during crunch time and he was doing well. Rafer knew he was leaving and even alluded to it when he did get traded.
