And the '07 Suns were a bunch of fire-breathing, hard as stone tough guys?
did u just use tough and NOLA in the same sentence? NOLA is softer than tissue paper, just a jump shooting team. Once the jump shots stopped falling, they failed to generate offense, scored 80 points in game 6 and 82 points in game 7, and ended up blowing a 2-0 lead.
And the '07 Suns were a bunch of fire-breathing, hard as stone tough guys?
have u tried bukake shots to the face? its not fun when one gets hit in the eye![]()
No, but neither were the hornets
I am releasing an important piece of information this knowledgeable writer is missing.
CIA-POP sent SA agent Steve Kerr to destroy that jewel team of Phoenix.
Mission accomplished!
PS. Agent Kerr can now move on to LA.
They won't let it go here. Many fans (some of my friends) are just resigned to the fact that SA is just better now...as is probably most of the league, citing that we have Duncan and they don't. But, what irks me most is the anger the Suns crowd shows at home games to any call that goes against the Suns. Some of the calls are obviously right on, but many of them just like to scream and have a fit.
it doesnt help when there football team got pwned in the superbowl by some player name santonio....PWNED
The Celtics-Suns game exemplified everything that is wrong with the Suns.
Steve Nash can't defend ANYONE. Never has, never will.
Just like the Jazz couldn't win because of the Bulls in the 90's, now we have the Suns that couldn't win because of the Spurs in the 00's.
After seeing the Suns collapse faster than America, I can't help but almost feel for their fans.
Looking back, it was pretty much bull the Suns did not have a fair shake in 2007 against The Spurs. Regardless if it was self-inflicted.
Blah blah blah.
Phoenix wasn't winning in 2005, 2007, or 2008 because the Spurs were there to take them out.
But how about 2006 WCF's? They won Game 1 in Dallas but failed to win that series. To reach the WCF's without Amare, then lose to a fluke Dallas team?
That is funny...I didn't realize his name was that close until I was playing touch football last sunday and a friend called me 'San Antonio' Holmes...lol
Phoenix fans never get tired of telling this lie: Amare did not "take a few steps" towards the court, he took many. He went running towards the court and even aggressively pushed his own assistant coach aside to get there. The first sign of a liar is usually the need to falsify the set up to the action.Don’t leave that bench
When Horry sent Nash hurtling toward press row, Stoudemire and Boris Diaw did what was only humanely natural when they saw their meal ticket sprawled out on the deck: They took a few steps toward the action before stopping as assistant coach Marc Iavaroni grabbed them to prevent them from joining the fray.
The NBA handled the situation with absolute fairness. Horry's cheap shop was punished with one suspended game and his scrap with Bell added another to it, for a total of two. Amare and Boris blatantly broke a rule that demands a one game suspension, and they both received that. No other solution could've been more fair.
You know the Spurs are in the their head when they start calling us the San Antonio Sterns. You wont believe how hated the Spurs are in this city. I love it!
only thing here is they are in our shoes during the fakers 3peat how we took alot of the bashing.....
LOL that's awesome!
I wonder how many die hard Phoenix Suns fans, after years of loyalty, but bitter losses to a more experienced foe, have switched their loyalties over to a proven winner, and now follow the San Antonio Spurs?
Sounds like you guys on the Lakers. Awesome!![]()
At least Phoenix's WNBA team has a championship banner to hang from the rafters. How does it feel to be a Suns fan and look up and all you see is a 1 WNBA championship banner? The Mercury could possibly win a few more championships even before the Suns win their first.
![]()
Do the Suns even allow the Mercury to hang their WNBA championship banner from the rafters during Suns games?
Man, that was depressing, and I am not even a Suns fan.
Makes one appreciate a well-run organization like the Spurs even more.
Sure we have some hiccups here and there, but all in all, Pop is the man.
Honestly, I would love to talk with him at some point about Russia and its current place/stance in current geo-politics to pick his brains about that. From what I am given to understand about the efficacy of his thought process, it would be interesting to get his opinion/insights into that.
But that is for another thread in another forum.

Suns-get a grip. Sop whining again and concentrate on the here and now. Spurs are a better coached team and always have been. They have the discipline and the leadership to get things done. Stop acting the fool and whining about Duncan's 3 pointer and for God's sake-take accountability for your own player's stupid actions.
Amare screwed up and violated a rule and got suspended-to believe that Horry alone is to blame for all these things is SAD just sad..... Really, somebody needs to give you guys counseling....![]()
Da Spurs![]()
