Spurs, assuming he retires a Spur. I don't expect to ever follow another player the way I've followed Duncan.

Well, I'll go ahead and tell you since I'm not currently logged into my Greg Oden account, so if you still want front row seats on that bandwagon, let me know and I'll see what I can do the next time I log in.

Since when Manchester-Chelsea is a rivalry? Since 2005? Because until then Chelsea was a small team. Keep the rivalries in the USA, because you probably don't know what are the real rivalries outside there, there consequences aren't just "two front teeth knocked out" or a punch in the family jewels, and most of them have around 100 years old.

    This list really sucks.

For the NBA, Spurs/Lakers is the # 1 rivelry.

They also forgot about Packers/Bears and Packers/Vikings.

Within the list we should have:

    River Plate - Boca Junior
    Bobby Fisher - Spassky
    USA - USSR hokey
    RFA - RDA for soccer
    Cassius Clay - Joe Frazier
    Sampras - Agassi
    A. Prost - A. Senna
    Bernard Hinault - Greg Lemond

    Where's Ohio State - Michigan?
That rivalry is so overrated and dead. When's the last time the Wolverines won?

This is based on an american point of view, I suppose.

There are several rivalries in soccer more important than manchester udt - chelsea, at least for the rest of the world:

    Germany - England
    Barcelona - Real Madrid
    Argentina - Brazil
    Couldn't agree more

Spurs vs. Lakers is by far a better rivalry than either Spurs Mavs or Spurs Suns. I also don't get how Dallas is one of the two best teams this millennium when LA has won 3 more les.

I think a better rivalry might be Dirk vs. exercise equipment.

    Tale of the tape:

    Dirk: 1
    Stationary bike: 0

Currently, the greatest rivalry in sports is Texas - Oklahoma ...being that UM has fallen off the face of the earth....

and the Lakers are a bigger rivalry to the Spurs than Dallas, currently.

    This is CURRENTLY, right ?

Thank you very much! Now if you trully want to talk about a real rivalry, not those other guy ass matchups you all name before, this is the one.
Lots of People have died over this River-Boca rivalry. Now I don't know if this makes it the best rivalry or the most idiotic one, but there's no doubt it is BIG.
