    "carlos" from customer service says the Time Warner exclusivity is a rumor....

    Not sure how high up the chain of command he went to (likely the CSR at the cubicle to his right)

    I think it is just a provisioning problem with the feed itself.

    There is no way that "RUMOR" is true, they can't hold it exclusively, unless your in san antonio and they blacked it out. I'm in dallas and the same thing is happening

    I'm in Dallas also, the Grande people apparently contacted Dish and were told this about the Time Warner issue. Not sure who to believe at this point...

    TP lives in the paint, I love that about him. I just wish the Spurs would draw some fouls, Parker is just too fast to get fouled.

    "I said that I heard that ........" - when he came back on after a lengthy hold and said that there were no truth to the "rumor".

    I didn't get the feeling that it was something they had gotten calls about before today.
