i wanna see more of the guy..he plays with heart, and above the rim..i think he deserves a chance, the spurs pass on guys that become stars down the road (turkoglu, jackson come to mind)

Probably...and I wouldn't be surprised if he's signed for the rest of the year either. With Mahinmi's return in doubt, the Spurs could use Pops' energy and athleticism.
He may not be here long-term, but he could definitely be helpful in 2009.

i would like to keep him at the end of the bench for remainder of the regular season. i havent heard of anything between rasho being bought out by the pacers, so i'm all for keeping pop around and giving him some spot minutes
