instead of disparaging, i should have said LYING. because that is what you did and what annoys me- you used a fact about the argentine government's decision to not pay their foreign debt (a decision with a process so long and complicated that the average argentine had almost no connection to) to say that argentine's dont pay their debts and that isnt any more true than to say that americans torture when it is CIA agents, not average americans, doing the torturing. If I walk into a bar anywhere in the US and start calling people torturers, people will get confused, then look at me like an idiot until someone is annoyed/offended enough to kick me out. and if you walked into a bar anywhere in argentina calling people bad creditors for not paying the foreign debt they will do the same. no one will say "yeah i did it, so what?" unless you walked into a bar in CIA headquarters or the Argentine interior ministry, or maybe a thread about luis scola where you need to twist something unrelated into bait to annoy people and garner attention. congratulations.
MY whole point is you are making this generalization so you can herd people into groups instead of saying who did what, so that you can smear other nameless people with it, with the only intent to provoke.
i guess david robinson wasn't as good as shaq or olajuwon since he lost to them so many times? was it david robinson that sucked, or his teammates? i'm sure then you'll say it was his teammates. and i agree. but that is what you are doing by using that kind of association, and in the case of nationality its worse because people dont "sign" with their country, nor can they threaten their govt to opt out and go to another "country". its a lot more complicated especially when you are talking about poor people. for someone who says he doesnt like the mob mentality of the herd, you sure are doing a good job of promoting it.
