Hey K-State how about your Skins? Would you mind if Snyder scooped him up?
Yes I would. We have a couple of 2nd year guys that need to be given an opportunity.

Besides, the Skins reputation is for overpaying. They don't really have a track record for picking up malcontents.

TO's skills aren't going to get any better at this stage in his career. And, as his numbers go down, he's going to get crankier, and it'll just be a perpetual toilet bowl from here on out.

are you an agent? it seems to really bother you that NFL contracts are enforced exactly how they are worded.
Its wrong and I am pointing it out. And if the T.O goes to the Skins remember he is 35-36, its not like he will be there but 1-2 years tops. He would help those young WR's and that offense.

Like I said I don't buy all this "he ruins team" thing and if he does go to a team he is without question on his last legs. Whoever gets him T.O will be quiet. Gurantee it!

he wouldn't help them because santana moss is going nowhere, so neither Kelly or Thomas would be able to get much field time. and TO sure as wouldn't be content sharing snaps with them.

if NFL contracts are so wrong, I wish I could be so wronged. coal miners' deals are wrong. teachers' salaries are wrong. firemen make far less compared to the service that they provide.

Professional athletes' contracts - even those without guaranteed deals (and they sign those contracts KNOWING that the deal is not guaranteed - they NEGOTIATE for other things knowing that the deal is not guaranteed), there's nothing underhanded taking place.

LOL at ESPN's rumor on the front page that Owens could team up with Santana Moss. They're just plain lazy. Any time any big name hits the market, they speculate him to DC - whether there is any actual evidence to it or not.

This was posted on the Redskins site this morning:

“[Owens’s representatives] called us three years ago before he went to Dallas, and we didn’t have interest then,” Cerrato said. “Why would we have interest when he’s three years older now? We have no interest.”

The best situation for T.O. was Dallas and he's stupid enough to screw that up. There's no hope for a petulant 35 year old child.

Obama should hire him as his press secretary. The current one isn't working out.

I could not disagree with someone more. Atleast you are being honest. You are jealous that these players make so much money.

You compare a CONTRACT to a teachers salary or a coal minor. A NFL player who can barley walk the day after a game. NFL average work life span is 5 years so they better have a back up plan. These players are drafted so they donot have a choice in who they play for. They can lose their job at anytime. These peoples lives are broadcasted all over the world so you can about them. Not talking football either. But they make millions so them. Classic dude.

The money is there for the players thanks to people like us. I am sure you s ed out the bucks for tickets, cable, merchandise, etc. Someone is getting the money. If you think the players are rich take a peak at the owners take, the CEO's who sponsor these teams, the network big wigs who cover the games. A contract is a contract and out of the 4 major sports in the USA the NFL is the only ones who can rip up one the day after they all sign it. I think its the only business that gets away with this . But thats okay with u. Thats funny. Cuz they make more money than a fireman.

Seriously.... I don't give two s how much these guys make. They actually deserve it because people pay for it. People like you back people like Jerry Jones. ing Jerry Jones, a selfish prick. Or Synder or any owner. You about how much money these player make. Stop watching it bro. Stop feeding the machine if you really care that much. I for one will watch and buy and say everytime "contracts mean in the NFL" because they do. Pretty simple.

A contract is just a formal do ent - it can stipulate or mean anything. Just because it offers bonuses up front and says that it can be terminated at any time of the employer's discretion does not make it any less of a contract. It doesn't have to be exactly the same type of a contract that MLB or the NBA offers to be equally valid.

And you make a of a lot of assumptions about me based solely on my pointing out that you don't understand what a contract is.

I understand what a contract is and I am sorry if I offended you. Not my intention.
