I have hear that the owners of Greek club AEK Athens, which is team with third most fans in Greece and the second richest owners is going to start rebuild the team again.
Thanopoulos brothers pay $251 millions of the US dollars to buy the club and they want their investment to pay off for them. They are multi billionaires and can compete for NBA players also and will try to steal some.
So now will be 3 clubs in Greece that can buy any players they want!

NBA reports that no MLE will be given this summer. They also say even maybe biggest free agents will must accept league minimum. NBA financing is so terrible and so many teams lose so much money because of economy.
Your NBA players will not give a about NBA championship when they are losing money. So this is why AEK will try to steal some.
So he can make league minimum? Your own news say this will be no MLE this summer for any players.
Besides Childress is just a role player in Olympiacos. he is easily replaceable.
