He'll be a Cowboy by the end of the month.
If you get espn updates via text messages, you're a bag.
I heard he was jailed for violating probation because he had some beers while he was golfing with some friends and failed a drug screening. He got busted for cutting up coke in his car back in the summer and that's what he was on probation for.

Jones released day early from jail
Associated Press
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Matt Jones has been released a day early from a weeklong stay in jail for drinking beer in violation of his plea agreement for a drug charge.
The sheriff's department says Jones was freed Saturday. At a hearing Monday, Jones was ordered to stay in jail until Sunday after asking to be locked up rather than spending six weeks in a treatment facility.
Jones failed a drug and alcohol screening. He told the judge he drank beer while playing golf the week before.
The former Arkansas player was charged with cocaine possession in July. He was suspended for the last three games of the 2008 season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. In a plea deal, Jones entered a program that emphasizes treatment.

Yeah, he keeps getting caught.
And what beer stays in your system for a week? Sounds like the judge was either stupid as , or a Jags fan...
He was released by Jacksonville today.
I still think he's going to be a Pro Bowl receiver one day.
Jets, Cowboys might have interest in Matt Jones
Former Jaguars receiver Matt Jones, who was released earlier this week after spending nearly a week in prison for a probation violation, could draw interest from the Jets and Cowboys, league sources have indicated.
What has to happen before any team signs Jones is for the NFL to decide whether he faces additional sanctions for his probation violation. Jones was suspended three games last year after being arrested in a cocaine possession incident.
Jones is a bit of risk, what with his background, but he is a viable alternative at receiver. We'll keep you posted.
