    Is it because the Spurs ended the Lakers three peat, or we've won 3 championships since the Lakers won their last seven years ago?

    If the Lakers are so dominant and can beat us, I'm wondering why the need for so much trash talk from Laker fans? Clearly we aren't a franchise that you're worried about, right? Beat us in 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2008, right?

    Here's the reason Spurs fans don't trash talk: The Lakers haven't won a championship in seven years, and aren't the defending champs, and haven't proven anything to anybody...yet Laker fans feel the need to make everything personal against the Spurs fans.

    Just wondering, nothing personal against the Lakers and their fans, and no trash talking here, I'm just wondering why they trash talk.

    They talk trash because Spurs fans egg them on. I understand they sometimes are just obnoxious but most of the time, at least in the NBA forum from what I read, they are responding to Spurs fans talking .

    Pretty much. I don't really talk to anyone though. Unless that person is a queef nugget, and all fan bases agree.

    What a bunch of hogwash. How long have you been a Spurs fan? Must be not that long if you didn't have to wait 7 years. I did not look but before Duncan, how many championships did the Spurs win and when was the last time it happened pre-TD?

    Count 2 including this year because the Spurs won win this year. I'll bet on it. They are not getting younger, time has passed them by. Maybe you won't need to wait for 7 years... that's because you won't even last that long. You'll be long gone by then.
