I believe this is his third DUI, he got three days in jail, twenty-seven days of house arrest, 4,000 dollar fine and 200 hours of community service.
Normally speaking I'd say that sounds like a first time offenders punishment and a light one at that.
However, given the injuries he's suffered (at his own hands obviously) do you think that should be considered as part of his punishment in addition to the punishment given by the Judge?
I hate to wish death upon people but DUI is, in my opinion, one of the worst things you can do.
I was just reading a bit more on it and apparently the reason his third offense wasn't a felony is because his second arrest was "unresolved", whatever that means.
In other words this was considered his second offense not his third, if they ever bring that second offense to court it would be a felony.

I'm pretty sure if any of us got a third DUI, we'd get a of alot more than 3 days.
