scola tries to but he sucks at it.

9/10 he is called for the blocking foul when he tries to take a charge
yea I can go with that i guess. I guess there the ones who succeed and the ones who try and fail. Yoa fails at it most of the time he tries also.

I love kirilenko but sometimes I think he misses shots he could easily make trying the flop to get a call instead. That burns me a little.

Yao fails everytime. He has no business taking a charge. He needs to block that .

he is the biggest in the NBA. I am not surprised though, was crying on tape because Sloan wouldn't play him in the series in 07 because he sucked so bad

If you're going to say anyone other than AK47 you need to back it up.

Judging by the proof offered in this thread it's clear that AK47 is the biggest flopper in the NBA...

Do you actually watch Cleveland games?
The biggest flopper is Varejao and is not close.

Die hard Jazz fan, and I agree -- Klinks is the s. I wish he'd just grow a pair and jam that , instead of flailing around like a fish out of water. Is he the worst? I think not. Scola and Battier are the Queens of the flop.

Let's not forget this ass hair:

I was really shocked to see how bad at it Kirilenko is...he just looks STUPID. The question is biggest flopper as in volume? I'm sure it's him.

Manu and Fab are pretty good at it. Paul looks almost as dumb as Kirilenko. Scola just learned from his fellow Argies. I don't think Battier's that bad and I watch alot of Rockettes games. Nash is pretty damn prolific as a flopper too though.

For being such a badass, that was fkn gay by Baron.

    You people need some education.

Fact 1: Taking a charge is not flopping. It's taking a charge. It's a valid defensive play. It has value for the player's team. Don't confuse the two.

Fact 2: When a player exaggerates the effects of contact, it doesn't mean the player wasn't fouled. Don't assume there was no foul if the player "flops".

Fact 3: This is officiated team basketball, not streetball. The officials have a clue about flopping vs. actual fouls and generally make calls accordingly. (However there are still "superstar rules".) Don't assume that flopping influences calls very much. (Except for Chris Paul... see below.)

To my way of thinking, the player who gets the most unwarranted calls due to his own exaggeration of contact is, without a doubt, Chris Paul. He is a muscled, compact, very strong guy, yet he bounces like a pinball and falls like he's been shot when he thinks he can get a call.

I think the refs know exactly what he is doing, but they also understand he is the NBA's golden boy right now, and they treat him as such, giving him every benefit they can.

That's ridiculous. AK rarely flops. I'm not going to say that he hasn't had some egregious ones, but he IS NOT a flopper by volume. I count 4 in the past 3 years. Two against HOU, one against GS, one against DAL in a game where dirk kept trying to put his elbow into AK's head. That's it, that's the list. And it's the reason you can't find an AK flop mixtape like you could for Sasha, D-Fish, Manu, Varejo, etc. Just a couple videos of isolated plays.

all of you. You're all entirely clueless about AK's game apparently if you think he flops in volume.
