Bill did for him releasing Ali mistakenly then Karen tried to cover it up or something like that. Remember she was doing something on the computer and they figured out it was her and put her into holding. Lennox talked Daniels into letting her and Bill just off to live there lives because he had that dirt on him. But I don't know what happened to Karen though. I guess just put her down along with the other mia's that show has ac ulated over the seasons.
