May I add that my cats too hate the vacuum?
My dog is so funny! She's a chihuahua and thinks she's real badass. She is one of those dogs that just hates the vacuum and goes nuts barking and attacking it whenever I'm running it. So the other day she and I are napping on the sofa and I got woken up by her growling and snarling. I looked over at what she was bothered by, and there was a lady on tv vacuuming!!

If you want to break him of that just pull the hose out and stick it to his ass and pick him up. They think it's eating them. I did that to my moms bad ass miniature daschund once...After that he would shriek and run when the vacuum went on...
a friend of mine's smokes so much weed that his cats just stare at the vacuum when it's running. the vacuum actually has to push the damn lazy cat away from the vacuum path. it's the funniest thing i've ever seen.
That's because mini weenie dogs are weenies. That would never work on my chih.
Try it. You might be surprised. It TOTALLY freaks em out. In fact, he will probably pee all over everything while he is stuck on the end of the hose...

well her frito smelling rat is used to being stuck in places.
She doesn't smell like fritos!! And that trash compactor incident only happened once. But did I tell you about the time she tried to walk on the pool cover and fell into the water? She would have drowned, but my 80 yr old neighbor climbed over the fence and saved her
My dog jumps at tv anytime she see's another animal on it, and when she see's Tom Hanks in Castaway.
mine hates it when I smoke a cigar. When he sees me holding an unlit cigar he is really giving me the evil eye... then when I get my lighter and start to light it, he jumps up and starts growling and barking his head off...

my dog is funny too... when i kick him in his head he runs around the yard for a few minutes running into things... it makes me laugh.
a baby bird fell out of its nest in my backyard one time. Before I could do anything, my dog ate it. The birds parents started dive bombing my dog. Bad Idea. He jumped up as one swooped by and caught it mid air and ate that one too.
