Kinda like a forum poster who continues to post predictions and yet gets nowhere close to 10 for 25.
Your act had really grown old and boring.
On a bright note, I am above $1,000 for the season simply betting 25.00 to 50.00 on exactly the opposite of your predictions. You're like the anti lotto.![]()
Now that Salmons isn't on the Kings anymore, the Lakers will probably beat the Kings easily.
I'm also surprised that no other West team picked up Salmons.
It's not like the Kings were asking for a bunch in return....as much as I dislike LA, they were obviously the clear-cut favorite in the West at the trade deadline, if your one of the 8 other Western playoff contenders (at the time PHX was a playoff contender which is why I didn't say 7), you're playing catchup, it's that simple.
If you have the opportunity to pick up a guy who has always been able to match or even outdo Bryant's production in head to head matchups, and for that matter is a good overall player regardless, and you don't pick him up for what appears to be a below value price tag, you don't deserve to win the West.
Mavs threw the kitchen sink for Salmons and got denied. Bull !!!!1
Obviously that's not enough. They should've thrown in the toilet too.
We offered Devin Brown and Hugo the Hornet, but they didn't budge. They were asking for Melvin Ely too and we said LL NOOOO!!!!!!
How do you know? Did Donnie Nelson say so, last I checked he was talking about how much he loves his boys in blue.
It's ironic the Mavs didn't get Salmons. I haven't seen a better player versus the Lakers.
Salmons outplays Kobe by himself, Kobe outplays the Mavs by himself.
Lakers lucked out with Salmons safely tucked away on the Bulls.
I think our guys in blue were working on a Stack/trash package for Salmons but didn't wanna take on Udrih's contract. That's reasonable although personally I would've taken on Udrih.
Mono will say we were trying to "low ball" Sacramento by not giving up Howard but give me a BREAK, Chicago didn't give up much for Salmons/Miller either
Also although he's been hurt lately Howard played "reasonably" well before and after the All Star break. Hindsight = 20/20!
Howard will be gone this offseason though, for a player better than Salmons. TAKE THAT TO DA BANK!!!1
