LeBron to appear on ’60 Minutes’

Tick … Tick … Tick … LeBron James is set to appear on TV’s most famous stopwatch.
Cleveland’s superstar will be profiled on CBS’ “60 Minutes” this Sunday in an interview he did a few months ago. The 24-year-old, who has led the Cavaliers to the NBA’s best record this season, sat down for the one-on-one with show contributor Steve Kroft.
The magazine show spent time at one of James’ practices and filmed him at his Akron high school, as well as at a concert for President Obama he hosted at Quicken Loans Arena with rapper and close friend Jay-Z.
James’ mother, Gloria, is also interviewed in the piece.

Here's the thing about LeBron:
No one cares.
There are players that people hate (Kobe), love to hate (Shaq), or are highly respected (MJ, Wade).
The funny thing is not only is he not good enough to be highly respected in this league, but one even cares enough about LeBron to even hate him or love to hate him. He is absolutely and totally irrelevant in this league. He should just leave before he makes a fool out of himself in the Finals again. Who wants to be 0-8 in NBA Finals games?
I'll watch. The collision of sports and business is fascinating. If nothing else we'll get to see some behind the scenes footage of the cavs practice facility as they'll probably end up doing an obligatory walk and talk interview there.
