basketball gods wouldn't let the hornets beat the nugs. JR and bird would have a field day.
That would suck. Why? Because I hate JR Smith. Seriously, this guy quit on the team 3 years ago in CP3's rookie season when the team had a chance to make the playoffs. He jacked up 3's, played no defense, and sulked when he was taken out of the starting lineup. I don't miss him at all. I do wish we had Birdman off the bench. He's playing really well this season. He doesn't have a post-game like Hilton, but he's a much better rebounder and shot blocker.

Do you remember those two clowns in the slam-dunk contest while wearing Hornets uniforms? Kenny Smith accused both guys of sabotaging each other. It was embarassing, but really funny.

Man, I wonder what's up with the Queens lately? First they beat Phoenix then they almost beat New Orleans?

I never heard the reason why New Orleans let him get away. He signed with the Nuggets for the veteran's minimum so it couldn't have been about money. I'm sure he wanted to leave since that trash Byron Scott never gave him that many chances last year.

JR got plenty of chances. He started the first 2-3 months of the season, but he was terrible and wouldn't listen to Scott. He was part of the Chandler trade, but the Bulls let him go right after the trade.
