I thought this thread was suppose to be about Dirk and what the Mavs are going to do after he is done playing for the Mavs. From what I've heard, Dirk probably isn't going to be playing basketball that much longer. He's always says that he doesn't want to play basketball when he's in his late 30s. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the Mavs are the only team that Dirk plays for and if he retires early from the NBA.

We lost game 7 to the Mavs on their HC. '06 Rockets they missed the playoffs due to injuries and '08 the Rockets were missing Yao.'07 vs the Jazz could have gone either way in the last minute of the game. The Mavs on the other hand have been healthy for the most part and still choke away their opportunities.
I don't think it's as bad as being up 2-0 in the finals, planning parade routes and teasing your fans only to lose 4 straight. Then, the following year win 67 games and get whipped by an 8th seed, then get slapped again in the 1st round again the year after that.
We mavs fans have been owned in this thread and I have nothing else to say, so I will alter other people's posts because I am soooo butt hurt.
