It does not look good. IF the Spurs can get healthier and IF the Spurs can set a rotation and IF the Spurs can find a back up pg situation that works and IF Pop can find a way to get this team defending and focused then the Spurs have a moderate chance.
But as things stand today, no they do not. We will see in 8 more games.
If Pop gets serious about the team rotations then yes there will be a chance
Lets just put it this way; I have a better chance of getting my sucked by Scarlett Johanson tonight than the Spurs do of beating the Lakers in the playoffs.
Lakers will win the next 10 les after LeBron signs there for the MLE and Shaq for the minimum.
The Spurs have other teams to worry about than the Lakers as well as things stand today.

The Spurs have no chance at all against the Lakers. The only Western Conf team that can beat the Lakers is the Blazers.

The Spurs are the favorites to win the championship. I don't know what the big deal is...our last five losses have been by an average of 2.4 points..that's an average of losing each game by a bucket and a half.....in order words, an extra shot here or there and that's 5 more wins.

the only way the Lakers will lose in the West is if they take a team too lightly. i.e. Dallas, but if they match up with SA in the WCF your gonna get their best, which is a lot better than you
Of course they do! Even if it isnt all sunshine these last games. How you can you say spurs dont have a chance? that a lakers fan says it, ok, that's just about rivalry, but some spurs fans? We do have a chance!!!!

Based on the results from the head to head matchup this season, I'd say nil to none but you never know until they meet on the court....that is, if they meet on the court during the playoff run.
