Seriously, people are giving lame teams like Portland and Houston a chance, but no one's talking about the 2nd seed.

i dont see any team getting past Dallas iin the west
Now that GS is mathmatically eliminated this statement makes alot of sense
Rockets match up well against all three East teams, split with Boston and Cleveland - won in Boston and crushed Cavs at home, beat Magic on the road and will face them on 4/7.
Rox is the dark horse coming out the West - JVG's opinion. The only teams Rox have problem are lakers and jazz.
It's hard to take a team seriously when they lose by 44 to the Nets and 38 to the KGless Celtics @ HOME. They also have a losing record v the top 10 teams in the league.
But I don't give the Blazers or Rockets much chance either. No team that loses to the Mavs 3 times in one season can be considered a threat. Rockets just lack the offense.
Lakers are probably doomed to fail this season's playoffs. Cavs are for sure in the finals, and i do think we spurs have a chance. Even though its going to be hard.
So has Houston, but they're still the media's dark horse like every year.
