Arroz con pollo is the , as long as it isn't soupy. My grandmother was a terrible cook and her rice and fideo were always soupy and bland, and so I grew up hating arroz con pollo cus I thought that's the way it was supposed to be. Now I love it cus I make it myself and it isn't like opening a can of chicken and rice soup.

Well for me "carnitas" means either beef or pork diced and cooked to a mouth watering tenderness with my secret es.
I started cooking with my mom when I was young because I grew up in Ohio and wanted to make sure I could eat well if I didn't have a vieja to cook for me.
My wife loves my cooking.
