Umm...no. You don't need to be religious or believe in god in order to understand what is right and wrong. You can have morality without religion. This was wrong because this woman ended another person's life without his consent, it's not her decision. You can't deny someone life if they want to continue living, and the fact that it was her son makes it even more sickening. Again, you don't need to believe in any higher power to know right from wrong.

It's my point, obviously, not his. BB is implying that faith in God and an afterlife resulted in this woman justifying killing her son before her suicide. I'm saying people take the murder/suicide route all the time, regardless of their beliefs.
