UNDA DA SEAAA
i'd have to go with Great Mouse Detective or Lion king myself.
Two pages and nobody said Fantasia?
Also, of the more recent movies I would say Wall-E
UNDA DA SEAAA
i'd have to go with Great Mouse Detective or Lion king myself.

Also, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, James And the Giant Peach, Cool Runnings, The Mighty Ducks, A Muppet Christmas Carrol, Pinnochio, Dumbo, Mary Poppins, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Return To Oz and The Black Cauldron are all favorites of mine. Don't think I have one. Damn, that's a lot.![]()
Not sure how I forgot it, but YES! Cool Runnings was my favorite movie for the LONGEST time. "I see PRIDE. I see POWER. I see a BAD ASS MOTHER that don't take NO crap from NOBODY!"
I usually don't consider the Miyazaki movies part of Disney but, if they count, Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke should definitely be on the list...
Lion King was also based on Hamlet and Aladdin was taken straight from 1001 arabian nights. A lot of disney movies are based on stories from the past with some stuff mixed around. But that doesn't change the fact that lion king was a good movie.
.
Bingo Disney thought their name would carry them but after crap flops they had to go crawling back to pixar
That's one of several tied for second on my list.
A real good one is Atlantis The Lost Empire, but nobody i know has seen it.
I've liked the first Alladin, Lion King, and Snow White
no that's bull . Disney is a lying piece of . They claim they never heard of KIMBA THE WHITE LION. Which is funny. because it's made by one of, if not THE most famous japanese animators of all time, Tesuku, the father of modern manga.
Lion King is based on KIMBA THE WHITE LION, a japanese cartoon from 1965.
In KIMBA THE WHITE LION, it's the same story. Parent dies, same characters, etc...
Lion King is based on ripping off Kimba the White Lion and then lying about it.
They never paid anyone a penny and never paid the original animators any respect or homage.

"I said to my wife, 'Don't tell me that the father lion is going to appear in the clouds.' And he did! I couldn't believe it!"

executive producer of Kimba The White Lion, on seeing The Lion King for the first time

the bad guy was a deer?
no, that's the evil aunt lioness. in lion king, we have the evil uncle.
If you've seen one Disney animated feature film, you seen them all..
Fox and the Hound
I know their animators had certain stylistic standards they followed (and taught even), but damn...

pretty cool
Those dirty mother ers. Disney and their lies!!!
Lady and the Tramp. It deals with how we show affection and that everyone has worth. It's very well done and totally a connection to childhood.
