I actually like that Tony is communicating with his teammates. If they make a mistake someone needs to tell them to fix it. Being able to do that is part of leadership and i'm glad I see some of that out there tonight.
With that said, that play wasn't Finley's fault if I remember correctly, it was Gooden's fault for being unable to set a goddamn pick properly.
