The Rockets didn't get them at the start of their careers like the Spurs did with Gino and Parker. Got damn! You're in' stupid!

Fail.
Hakeem played next to all stars Drexler and Barkley and couldn't even get past Utah.
Drexler + Barkley >> Manu + Parker
You lose again.

at you thinking Manu was at the start of his career when he came to the spurs.
How old are you? I bet you are too young to have watched the rockets in the 90s.
drexler and Barkley were BOTH ALL STARS WITH THE ROCKETS, you focking dumbass.
lol, I know more about the rockets than you do.

I think DallasBasketball.com forum rivals clutchfans and Mavstalk as some of the worst...db.com is full of Dirk groupies from Germany, Devin lovers, and idiots who think the Mavs can win with lil' JJ Barea as the starting PG. As well as Gerald Green is the next coming of MJ....I rarely post over there anymore its awful
mavtalk is terrible.
Realistically, this looks to be a Cleveland/Lakers Final. But ya never know. Lighting has struck before.
les and MVP's only prove that Duncan has had a better supporting cast than Hakeem, if you know basketball you can just watch Hakeem in his prime and realize how special he is. He's the total package, no one ever dominated both sides of the ball like he did. Hakeem could run down a guard on the fast break and block it from behind, then dribble back the other way for the score or even assist. Hakeem was better than Duncan in every aspect of basketball. Stats, more moves, harder to guard, better defender, much more athletic, better shooter and dribbler, better passer, the list goes on.
I saw the Rockets win those two les as a teenager while you were still playin' with your Barbies and cross-dressin' with your mom's clothes.![]()
So he started his NBA career somewhere else? I didn't know that the NBA added his stats from his euro ball days.![]()
He had been playing professionally for almost 8 years by the time he joined the Spurs. He wasn't some rookie that they were able to develop, nor was he someone that really new the NBA game..it took time.
Clyde came to Houston and was ready immediately. In his seasons with the Rockets he averaged:
20 ppg
19 ppg
18 ppg
18 ppg
Manu came in and averaged:
7 ppg
12 ppg
16 ppg
15 ppg
Manu has only averaged over 19ppg once in his career.
It was still good enough to help the Spurs win the le in '03 and break the Lakers' run for a 4-peat. Nice try though!
What's the matter you can't handle the truth
Clutch fans sucks ass.....
I don't think you understand what this argument is about. In fact, i know you dont.
You just don't like what I say.Either deal with it and move on or put me on ignore.![]()
I agree, Hakeem was special.
I disagree that he was better than Duncan.
more les, more MVPs.
Manu was not a factor in 2003, moron. S Jax was the starting 2 guard.
so you weren't even born when slayer first got it going?
even in the 90s, you were a loser if you listened to slayer.
In 2009, you are a pathetic loser if you listen to slayer.

Gee, Mr. Blake Alrighty you're so cool.I was born 1980, so yeah I was born before that.
Now you're going to knock Manu down a peg just so you can look like you're right. Lol @ you. You're so desperate to look cool.![]()
Lol, we're arguing whos better between Hakeem and Duncan? we should be talking about how pathetic that clutchfans link a spurstalk thread post and are trash talking spurstalk, but yet we never link their post to this website at all? I say that's pretty pathetic.
Careful with the "we". Spurs fans and other non-Rocket fans don't give a about that site.
BTW Clutchfans is a piss poor excuse for Rocket fans to masturbate at their two championships.
I wish I had a clutchfans moderator to hold my hand. The internets is a scary place![]()
