I've trained several people over time on automation equipment. It's a good feeling when you teach someone things, and they do well at it.
And yet... I was not informed you had a trainee with big boobs... Hm...
It takes about 3 to 4 years to adequately train someone to do our job to any degree of autonomy.
I added up all the pages in all of the manuals/books that I was given at the start of my employment and came up with about 9,000 pages or so. It is more now, because a couple of those books seem to have had babies.
This is what I get for posting pictures of myself on the internet.
