That would mean in cases like this, pretty much everyone that has ever done drugs on video has "gotten away with it".

I would probably file some kind of civil suit against the pizza company, depending on the harm done to me, but the cops are not going to arrest a kid for sticking an onion in his nose and putting on some bread.

We know snorting coke is against the law so the police should get involved.

The maximalist take on the propriety of LE -- Jack seems to require investigation and prosecution of all crimes -- is impracticable and odious to free people. Period.
