No, he won't win because it'll hurt the Fox network's bottom line (at least politically) if a wins their most lucrative show.
It may be a testament to just how damn good he is...but I really don't know what the guy's first album will sound like if he gets the idol contract. His vocal skill is un-freaking-deniable and he's shown some versatility on the show.
He's far and away the best overall talent left on the show, but I think that Chris guy or JT wannabe can give him a run for his money.

Since when was She Works Hard for the Money ever considered disco? That song came out well into the 80's pop genre. There's either a different set of rules for certain contestants, or Kris somehow managed to slip that song past all 4 judges.
I would guess cause it was done by Donna Summer and since she was very active in the disco era, the actual date of the song doesnt matter!
