Buddies
I'm sure he is the X-factor in the Spurs-Mavs series
Finley you can take advantage of this great opportunity to repay Cuban for his great "kindness" to you
dude, make more clutch shots and buzzer beaters in this series
I'm looking forward to watching you play
Go spurs Go

Well, he's certainly going to have lots of opportunities, as he'll probably be second to Parker in minutes.
I doubt that. Bowen and Udoka will get some minutes at the Foward spot as well as Finley and Fin will get minutes at the 2 guard. Bowen is going to get a run at guarding Dirk. That there is going to get him atleast 25-30 minutes a night. Udoka will get some time there as well.
This makes no sense...Fin was well compensated by Cuban and was paid his full salary even after being cut. Fin got a ring thanks to Mark waiving him. Even if Fin hits some clutch shots and eliminates the Mavs..big deal, neither team is winning a le this year
I don't. Sure Udoka will get his share of time, but unless Pop elects to give Bowen more burn than he did during the regular season, expect Finley to be relied on by Pop to play upwards of 30+ mins.
Finley is the new Bowen (at least in the eyes of Pop)![]()
I seem to recall reading in an article posted by Duncan228 recently that Mark is STILL paying Finley as part of that agreement. Thus, I want to officially thank Cuban for giving us the SW division championship, and the #3 seed in the playoffs.![]()
Finley played well against them in 2006. He was one of the few bright spots in what was a dissapointing finish.
Good news is that he's going into the playoffs playing better than he did last season. He's in better shape, seems to have a better focus on defense, and should have plenty of reasons to want payback for 2006.
Whether he plays 40 minutes a game or 15 minutes, whether you like him or not, we'll need him to contribute.
