It's not a place where you can really get autographs. There's a lot of security stopping you from hanging out in/around the parking lot, fingerprint access to get from the lobby inside, and things such as that.

The Clippers practice at the Inglewood YMCA and when there is a city league game they have to go to Venice Beach outdoor courts.

Must be nice to be a real NBA team like the Spurs.
