Do you actual think that what people on a message board do can control the outcome of an NBA basketball game?

Many people never understood the point of the bravatars. They were for two things:

1. To promote camaraderie among the female Spurs fans.
2. To raise money for breast cancer research.

They accomplished exactly what they were supposed to do. It was also supposed to be something fun. Like painting your face at a game, or wearing your lucky socks. But with people constantly ting on it, that led to it not being fun anymore.

I remember when SpursTalk used to be fun. We used to have GTGs all the time and everyone had a great time. Now it's just a bunch of people trying to trash anything and everything because they think it's the "cool" thing do.

But oh well, it probably won't exist much longer anyway.

Huh? well if that happens then the ISP can meter my bandwidth because this place is what my laptop is on 90% of time when I'm online and loading up all the sigs takes a toll. Yes I know I can turn them off but then I fell like I'm missing out on something.

Like watching a tv show in 4:3 but zoomed in to fit on a 16:9, I know I will not miss much by cutting the edges off but I feel cheated if I don't see them.

Also I thought gtg were only road playoff games, there were some last year and this year well we only done game 1 at home.

I was able to make 1 gtg last year with my brother and we ate the potted meat style spam.

Expressing your opinion is fine, but when you have repeated your opinion over and over and you still don't understand that the bravatars "worked" for what they were intended, then...
