It's definitely a rambling article, but it definitely does have meaning.
Try reading it again.
Nobody's making it complex. It just doesn't mean anything. It's like a rambling blog entry that any nerdy 16-year-old could've written.

First thing that came to my mind....
It started out with a good analogy on Tim and then just rambled on afterwards lol. If he would have stuck to his first point he would have been alright.
People see Tim Duncan as very boring because he often times does not exude personality when hes out on the court. But that same demeanor makes him unwavering out on the court regardless of what the situation is. By refusing to be caught up in the moment I believe it gives him a mental focus that goes far beyond the average player. In that sense he is free of the emotional burdens that often toil with more exuberant players in the league. In otherwords he is not ruled by his emotions when he plays basketball regardless of the moment.
This should all makes us much more impressed by what Tim Duncan is as a basketball player. I think people will be more appreciative of what Tim Duncan did in the game of basketball once he has long retired and people reflect on his accomplishments.
Thats my take on it anyways!
I don't think I could be any more impressed By Duncan.![]()
This has all the "zen" earmarks of a Phil Jackson thought painting.
Maybe Phil is just trying to f*#k with Duncan by ghosting this piece.
In fact, I think I hear the sound of one hand clapping.
In fact, ever notice that you never see Jon Carroll of the San Francisco Chronicle and Phil Jackson in one place?
was thinking this is what Walton would write after a Dead concert and another joint when he got home.
Was this article written on 4-20?![]()
what does time have to do with Tim?
lets just count how many times he mentioned "clock" or "clock is your friend"
that'd make the article more interesting![]()
