Dikembe Mutombo
Who do you think among the current generation players will go down as Hall of Famers?
I would say the following players will be in the Hall
Tim Duncan
Shaquille O'neal
Kobe Bryant
Lebron James
D'Wade
Dirk Nowitzki
Chris Paul
Deron Williams
Tony Parker
Dwight Howard
Kevin Garnett
Paul Pierce
Chauncey Billups
Steve Nash

what a noob
lol 38 points.
Anybody who has ever suited up for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Dennis Rodman?
New Orleans Hornets 2007-2008
Jannero ing Pargo
I saw a question on another message board the other day about whether DIrk is a hall of famer, and a lot of people said "no" or "borderline".
I thought it was ing blasphemy and chalked it up to basketball ignorance on behalf of the board.
All MVP's in NBA history have made the hall of fame though, so I imagine beloved Dirk is in 100%.
Image problem much?
Was he a humanitarian like Deke?
Wow, lot's of Hall of Famers in this generation.
Dirk will be in the Hall period.
I think Steve Nash should be an exception. He's such a liability on defense.
BTW Dirk goes Kobe-esque against the Spurs.
Yao (cmon he's been to every all star game)
T-mac
Grant Hill
Yes, since it is the basketball HOF and not the NBA HOF. He's a mortal lock. Check the entry for the late Drazen Petrovic.
Hill was on track, but the injuries robbed him of probably 5-6 more top seasons he needed to make it strictly as an NBA player.
You gotta think Rose and Durant are going to be good bets to get in too. No way Billups makes it if Bernard King and Dennis Johnson can't get in.
Has there ever been a former MVP that hasn't made it to the basketball hall of fame?
