I'm not quite sure what you mean by this either, "indoctrinated to sexuality as the norm"... if you mean that eventually all children will be taught to accept other people's differences and let other people live the way they want to live, then I suppose we're talking about a good thing.

sexuality is the wedge issue par excellence in the US. It splits Americans right down the middle. Looking at the overall trend, equality of acceptance/disapproval bodes ill for the putative anti-ghey majority.

Still, sexuality emerges as the most divisive of 16 major social and cultural issues measured in the May 8-11, 2008 survey. Only doctor-assisted suicide and abortion come close to it in splitting public opinion.
