You are an idiot, seriously. . Like everyone around here knows...the Spurs have won 4 les in 9 years and the Hornets have ZERO. The Spurs also have some cap flexibilty after the 2010 season...while the Hornets are in debt and need to cut salary BAD. So if anyone is going to decline dramatically...it is going to be the Hornets. They have to get rid of either Chandler or West in the off-season, they simply cant afford both. Peja AND Posey are both overpaid as well. So before you come talking about which team is going to decline...think of all the facts.
